| Watkins College of Art & Design and the Watkins Film School are award-winning, nationally-accredited colleges offering bachelor of fine art degrees in film, graphic design, interior design, photography, and fine arts. Programs: Bachelor of Fine Arts:
Graphic Design
- The curriculum emphasizes conceptual and thoughtful design as well as exceptional typography to prepare students for careers in art direction and design.
Interior Design
- This program focuses on the creation of innovative environments that are designed to solve problems related to public health, safety, and welfare. The program is accredited by the Council for Interior Design Accreditation, formerly FIDER.
Fine Arts
- Students learn drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, clay, and time-based media in an interdisciplinary approach with all the college's departments.
Photography
- The photography program focuses on contemporary and historical photographic practices and traditions and allows students to experiment with various forms of media.
Film
- Students explore the artistic, technical, and business aspects of independent filmmaking. Concentrations are available in producing, directing, screenwriting, cinematography, and editing
Watkins also offers professional certificates in film for students already in possession of a bachelor degree.
